Recommended spend: $1,500–$3,000/mo for Growth Machine, $3,000–$5,000/mo for CMO, unlimited for Revenue Partner.
What does "call tracking" actually tell me?
Every call through your tracking number is logged, recorded, and attributed to its exact source — which keyword, which ad, which page. Instead of "organic traffic went up," your monthly report shows "this keyword generated 14 calls at $22 per call." That's the difference between marketing data and revenue intelligence.
What AI automations are included?
Growth Machine includes foundational lead-capture automations that ensure no inbound lead goes cold — missed call text-back and a 3-touch nurture sequence. CMO-as-a-Service unlocks our full Revenue Operations suite: Speed-to-Lead qualifier, Estimate Follow-Up Loop, AI Review Harvest, and Omni-Channel Proposal Generator. I already have a CRM (Jobber, ServiceTitan, etc.) — can you work with it?
Yes. For clients with an existing system we act as the "technical glue" — using API integrations to push leads, call data, and attribution directly into your existing dashboard. You keep the tools your team already knows. For clients without a CRM, we build and configure one as part of the CMO or Revenue Partner setup. Either way: a single source of truth for every lead.
What about social media and email?

What's your cancellation and billing policy?
All engagements require a signed contract. Autopay required from day one — no exceptions. Early termination is charged at 50% of remaining monthly fees. Work outside your contract scope is billed at $125/hr (active clients receive $100/hr on pre-approved add-ons). Strategy calls are scheduled during business hours Mon–Fri 9am–5pm MST. Content has a 5-business-day approval window — if we don't hear back, it publishes as written.
What do I own when we stop working together?
Always yours — no exceptions: Your customer data, lead history, recorded calls, all website content, Google Ads account (in your name from day one), CallRail numbers (transferable), and Search Console data.

The AI automations: Think of our AI systems like a specialized Digital Manager. While you're a client, that manager handles your leads 24/7 — qualifying, following up, scoring calls, and harvesting reviews. If we part ways, that manager stops working for you. The automated workflows and proprietary Lead-Shield architecture are licensed systems of Internal Profits — not transferable assets.

Practically: If you cancel, you keep every lead and customer the system found. But the automated follow-up, missed call response, estimate recovery, and review harvest stop within 48 hours. Most clients feel that gap immediately — which is why very few leave.

Buy-out option (CMO + Revenue Partner): A one-time licensing transfer fee applies if you want to own the system outright. Most clients find it simpler to stay on retainer.
