Seller agrees to transfer: (a) ampmlending.com, (b) ampmmortgage.com, (c) 1-855-AMPM-OWN toll-free vanity number (855-267-6696), (d) complete logo suite in all formats, (e) ampmlending@gmail.com credentials, (f) facebook.com/ampmlending admin access, and (g) all brand kit deliverables. All assets sold as a complete bundle. No partial transfers or individual asset pricing.
The asking price is $45,000 USD. Price is fixed and non-negotiable once countersigned. Seller reserves the right to accept or decline any offer prior to countersignature.
Payment processed exclusively via Escrow.com. Buyer deposits the full purchase price into escrow prior to any transfer activity. Funds held and released only after Buyer confirms receipt of all assets. Escrow fees split per standard terms unless otherwise agreed.
Upon escrow funding, Seller initiates all transfers within one (1) business day. Domain authorization codes for both domains issued within 24 hours. Phone number port initiated within 24 hours. Full transfer typically complete within 5 business days. Delays from registrar processing, carrier porting, or third-party systems do not constitute a breach.
Buyer is responsible for accepting both domain transfers within the registrar's window, providing accurate porting information, and confirming asset receipt in Escrow.com within a reasonable time.
All assets sold as-is. No warranties regarding future traffic, revenue, search rankings, or business performance. Buyer assumes full responsibility for all future use and compliance with applicable financial services laws and regulations.
Either party may withdraw prior to escrow funding with no penalty. Once funds deposited, cancellation governed by Escrow.com's standard policies.
Sold directly by owner. No broker commissions apply to buyer. Escrow.com fees split per standard terms unless otherwise agreed.
Governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

2. No Warranties
All assets sold as-is. No warranties regarding revenue, traffic, search rankings, or future value.
3. Escrow Requirement
All transactions processed through Escrow.com. No transfer occurs prior to confirmed escrow funding. Buyer funds fully protected until all assets confirmed delivered.
4. Transfer Timeline
Seller initiates all transfers within one (1) business day of escrow confirmation. Full transfer typically complete within 5 business days.
5. Cancellation
Either party may withdraw prior to escrow funding with no penalty. Once funds deposited, cancellation subject to Escrow.com's standard policies.
