Next Steps
This agreement is between Internal Profits LLC ("Seller") and the purchasing party ("Buyer"). By proceeding with payment, Buyer agrees to the following terms.
Seller agrees to transfer the following assets to Buyer upon receipt of full payment: (a) AMPMLawyer.com, (b) AMPMLawyers.com, (c) vanity toll-free number 1-866-AMPM-LAW. All assets are transferred free and clear of any known encumbrances.
The agreed purchase price is $28,500 USD for the complete bundle. No partial transfers. Price is fixed and non-negotiable once a purchase agreement is countersigned.
Payment is processed via Escrow.com. Buyer deposits funds into escrow prior to any transfer activity. Funds are held by Escrow.com and released to Seller only after Buyer confirms receipt of all assets. Escrow fees are split per Escrow.com standard terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon escrow funding, Seller will initiate domain transfers within one (1) business day. Domain transfers are typically completed within 1–3 business days. Phone number porting will be submitted to the carrier within one (1) business day of escrow funding and may take an additional 1–2 business days depending on the receiving carrier. Seller will provide all necessary authorization codes and account details to complete the transfers.
Buyer is responsible for having an active account at a compatible domain registrar and an active carrier account capable of receiving toll-free number ports. Seller is not responsible for delays caused by Buyer's registrar or carrier.
All assets are sold as-is. Seller makes no warranties regarding revenue, traffic, search rankings, or future value. Buyer has conducted its own due diligence prior to purchase.
Buyer may cancel without penalty prior to escrow funding. Once funds are deposited into escrow, cancellation is subject to Escrow.com's standard dispute and cancellation policies.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to escrow opening.

Domains and phone numbers are sold as-is. Internal Profits LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding revenue, traffic, or future value of the assets.
All transactions are conducted through Escrow.com or another mutually agreed escrow service. Funds are held until the buyer has had an opportunity to verify receipt of the transferred assets in accordance with the escrow provider's procedures.
Payment must be made through Escrow.com or another mutually agreed escrow service. Direct payments outside of escrow will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing by both parties.
Either party may withdraw prior to the opening of escrow. Once escrow has been initiated, the transaction shall be governed by the escrow provider's terms, conditions, and applicable fees.
This is a private sale by the asset owner. No broker commissions are charged by the seller. Escrow fees shall be allocated as agreed by the parties during the escrow process.
This transaction is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
