The asking price is $250,000 USD. Price is fixed and non-negotiable once countersigned. Seller reserves the right to accept or decline any offer prior to countersignature.
Payment processed exclusively via Escrow.com. Buyer deposits the full purchase price into escrow prior to any transfer activity. Funds held and released only after Buyer confirms receipt of all assets.
Seller initiates all transfers within one (1) business day of escrow confirmation. Full transfer typically complete within 5 business days.

2. Healthcare Compliance
Buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring all use of the AMPM Clinics brand complies with applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and licensing requirements including HIPAA, state medical board requirements, and telehealth regulations in their jurisdiction.
3. No Warranties
All assets sold as-is. No warranties regarding revenue, patient volume, search rankings, or future value.
4. Escrow Requirement
All transactions processed through Escrow.com. No transfer occurs prior to confirmed escrow funding.
5. Transfer Timeline

6. Cancellation
