Seller agrees to transfer: (a) AMPMPools.com domain, (b) AMPMPool.com domain, (c) 866-AMPM-POOLS toll-free vanity number (866-267-6766), (d) complete logo suite in all formats, (e) facebook.com/ampmpools admin access, and (f) all brand kit deliverables. All assets sold as a complete bundle. No partial transfers or individual asset pricing.
The asking price is $55,000 USD. Price is fixed and non-negotiable once countersigned. Seller reserves the right to accept or decline any offer prior to countersignature.
Payment processed exclusively via Escrow.com. Buyer deposits the full purchase price into escrow prior to any transfer activity. Funds held and released only after Buyer confirms receipt of all assets.
Seller initiates all transfers within one (1) business day of escrow confirmation. Full transfer typically complete within 5 business days.

1. Listing Accuracy

2. No Warranties

3. Escrow Requirement
All transactions processed through Escrow.com. No transfer occurs prior to confirmed escrow funding.
4. Transfer Timeline

5. Cancellation
