Transfer & Sale Terms
📄 Purchase Agreement Terms
Review before submitting an offer. A countersigned copy will be provided upon escrow opening.
Seller agrees to transfer the following assets to Buyer upon receipt of full payment through Escrow.com: (a) AMPMHeat.com domain, (b) 877-AMPM-HEAT toll-free vanity phone number (877-267-6432), (c) complete logo suite in all formats, (d) ampmheat@gmail.com email address credentials, (e) facebook.com/ampmheat Facebook Business Page admin access, and (f) all associated brand files including the Brand Launch Kit deliverables. All assets are sold as a complete bundle. No partial transfers or individual asset pricing.
The asking price is $25,000 USD for the complete AMPM Heat Brand Package. Price is fixed and non-negotiable once a purchase agreement is countersigned. Seller reserves the right to accept or decline any offer prior to countersignature.
Payment is processed exclusively via Escrow.com. Buyer deposits the full purchase price into escrow prior to any transfer activity. Funds are held by Escrow.com and released to Seller only after Buyer confirms receipt and verification of all assets. Escrow fees are split per Escrow.com standard terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon escrow funding, Seller will initiate all asset transfers within one (1) business day. Domain transfer authorization codes will be issued within 24 hours of escrow confirmation. Phone number port will be initiated within 24 hours. Full transfer is typically complete within 5 business days. Delays caused by registrar processing, carrier porting windows, or third-party systems beyond Seller's control do not constitute a breach of this agreement.
Buyer is responsible for accepting domain transfer within the registrar's transfer window, providing accurate porting information for phone number transfer, and confirming asset receipt in Escrow.com within a reasonable time. Failure to accept transfer within the registrar window may require re-initiation at Buyer's coordination.
All assets are sold as-is. Internal Profits LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding future traffic, revenue, search rankings, or business performance associated with the AMPM Heat brand. Buyer assumes full responsibility for all future use, development, and compliance with applicable laws.
Either party may withdraw from the transaction prior to escrow funding with no penalty. Once funds are deposited into escrow, cancellation is governed by Escrow.com's standard cancellation policies.
This listing is sold directly by the owner. No broker commissions apply to the buyer. Escrow.com transaction fees are split per their standard terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This transaction is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

1. Listing Accuracy
Internal Profits LLC represents that it is the lawful owner of AMPMHeat.com, the 877-AMPM-HEAT toll-free vanity number, ampmheat@gmail.com, and the facebook.com/ampmheat Facebook Business Page, and that these assets are available for sale and transfer, subject to the requirements of the applicable domain registrar, telephone service provider, and platform terms of service.
2. No Warranties
All assets are sold as-is. Internal Profits LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding revenue, traffic, search rankings, or future value of the assets.
3. Escrow Requirement
All transactions are processed through Escrow.com. No transfer of assets will occur prior to confirmed escrow funding. Buyer funds are fully protected until all assets are confirmed delivered and accepted.
4. Transfer Timeline
Seller will initiate all asset transfers within one (1) business day of escrow confirmation. Full transfer is typically complete within 5 business days. Delays caused by registrar processing times, carrier porting windows, or third-party platforms are outside Seller's control and do not constitute a breach.
5. Cancellation
Either party may withdraw from the transaction prior to escrow funding with no penalty. Once funds are deposited, cancellation is subject to Escrow.com's standard policies.
6. No Broker Fees
This listing is sold directly by the owner. No broker commissions apply to the buyer. Escrow.com fees are split per their standard terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Governing Law
This transaction is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.
